After many (many!) requests for mother of pearl luster finish, we’re excited to offer this option at our first ever “Sweet Mother of Pearl” after hours event! You’ll be able to pick from anything in the shop to glaze during the event, and staff will add luster to your piece after the event after it’s already been glaze fired (this will require two firings, since MOP fires at a significantly lower firing temperature). The cost would be the price of the piece plus 25% ($7 minimum) for the luster to be added. You are still more than welcome to register for this event and not utilize the MOP add-on!

As a 100% volunteer- and foster-based rescue, they focus on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming companion animals in need. Their mission is to reduce the number of stray animals in our community while promoting responsible pet ownership through education and outreach. Above all, they strive to provide a safe haven and a second chance for every animal who comes into their care.
